Information for Presenters

There are 20-minute slots allocated for each talk, which includes 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.
We will ask all speakers to upload their presentation to the local computer before their session and to test it, especially if you have sounds or videos included. If you prefer using your laptop for the presentation, please make sure that you have the necessary adapters or cables with you.

The posters at this conference will be in portrait format, with the dimensions of the poster boards being 118 cm * 146 cm. Therefore, A0 are required.

Bring your poster on the morning of the poster session you are scheduled to present in (conference program (PDF, 489 KB)) and leave it with a member of the organising commitee (at the registration desk). The poster will be hanged for you.
